How to register for classes at WWU
|
During the first five weekdays of Phase I, classes are
restricted to declared pre-majors and majors, including declared General Studies
Majors. This is our "pre-registration" period for students who are majors in the
department.
Starting
on the 6th weekday of Phase I, all classes are open to all students, including
minors. If you are not currently declared as a Science Education major,
plan to register for Science Education classes beginning on the 6th weekday of
Phase I of registration. Please understand that the way we provide
"pre-registration" for declared Science Education majors is to restrict classes
to majors only during the first five days. However, all students are welcome to
take any Science Education classes that have space available, provided you have
completed the prerequisites.
Please continue calling
RSVP. Spaces typically open up as students are continually changing schedules
through Phase II of registration. Waiting lists will be given to faculty on the
first day of classes, and overrides will be granted at that time. No overrides
will be granted prior to the first day of classes.
Overrides for filled
classes may be obtained from instructors on the first day of classes. In the
meantime, please put your name on the waiting lists for filled classes. Waiting
lists will be given to faculty on the first day of classes.
To register for Science Education
, you will need written permission from the instructor. Youšll then
be able to register via RSVP.
If you need help deciding
on classes, or if you're having trouble with registration, contact
the Science Education Secretary.
